The software provided (all in SAS© as of the spring of 2014) does not have some of the nice capabilities that can be implemented in SAS such as checking that file and directory names given that should exist do exist, that variable names given are in the data, etc. Still, examples are given about what to do and how. A key matter arising because there is no financial support for the deheaping development, is that support to users of the deheaping programs provided will be limited. See the section on support for details.
