New deheaping program release tested with simulated data - notice of preprocessing

As noted on an earlier pages new work on the theory behind the deheaping program is hopefully coming out in the Spring or 2017. Finding a bug in the “last” release of the deheaping program has prompted testing the program with simulated data. The program you can download not has passed all tests to date.

A preprocessing program has been developed to deal with problems with frequency function tails. No documentation is available. Use the email link if you wish information on the preprocessing program. It has the same interface as the deheaping program so the user does not need to know SAS.
